We wanted to do this research to make things better for people with disability to get a job.
We also wanted to find out what is being done now for people with disability and employment.
We wanted to show what makes work easier and what makes work harder.
We wanted to come up with ideas for making things better that haven’t been done yet.
What we found out
We found out that employment for people with disability is not getting better.
We found it is important for people with disability to have jobs because it can help them feel good about life.
We found there is not enough support for people with disability to get a job.
People with disability do not stay in jobs as long as other people.
