Project Summary
This project generates extensive, up-to-date estimates of housing affordability stress (HAS) to provide fresh insights into the effectiveness of existing housing assistance programs. This project uses new empirical approaches, as well as the HILDA Survey over a decade to measure the duration of HAS.
