Austen Peters recognised by Economic Society of Australia for honours dissertation
Austen Peters, Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre Research Assistant, has taken out The Economic Society of Australia WA Branch’s Prize for best Honours in Economics Student at Curtin University.
Austen completed his dissertation in labour economics on Course Non-Completion and Multiple Qualifications: Re-estimating the Returns to Education in Australia, under the co-supervision of BCEC’s Professor Mike Dockery and Dr Sherry Bawa from the School of Accounting, Economics and Finance at Curtin Business School.
