Biography
Austen is a research assistant with the Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre. He has recently completed his degree in Economics with First Class Honours at Curtin University and is also completing a law degree at Curtin.
Austen assists with the Centre’s Monthly Labour Market Update and the labour market insights in the BCEC Quarterly Economic Commentary.
Austen’s honours dissertation focused on measuring the impact of course non-completion and multiple qualifications on the returns to education in Australia.
