Chris Twomey takes out Over-55 Surf Masters WA State Title

Another day, another state surfing title for Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre Senior Industry Fellow Chris Twomey.
Chris, a champion West Australian surfer, took to the water in Injidup, WA, for the 2022 West Coast Suspensions Surf Masters WA State Championships on 12 and 13 February.
Carving up the waves, Chris dominated the Over-55 Men’s final to take home the trophy with a score of 12.55.
In July last year, Chris won two titles at the state stand up surfing (SUP) championships.
Congratulations again, Chris! We can’t wait to cheer you on at the nationals later this year in New South Wales.
