Biography

Paul Vivian is Chief Customer Officer for Bankwest and is responsible for stewarding the brand and reputation with its customers, colleagues and broader community.

Paul joined Bankwest more than 14 years ago having previously held the roles of General Manager – Products and Pricing and Head of Marketing. Paul commenced his role as Chief Customer Officer in March 2020, which has him accountable for strategy and development within digital channels together with driving sales performance, analytics and lead development, marketing, communications and partnerships for Bankwest.

Prior to joining Bankwest, Paul worked for HBOS in the UK and Ireland in Marketing and Products leadership roles.

A graduate of Liverpool John Moores University, Paul holds post-graduate qualifications in Management and Marketing, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has been a board member of Diabetes WA since 2009.
