Biography

Michael currently works as a research assistant at the Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre. He completed his Bachelor of Applied Economics degree at the University of Canberra in 2018, and a Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) in 2020. Michael’s research interests include: Economic and social well-being and economic policy. His honours thesis analysed the feasibility and potential effectiveness of a Universal Basic Income (UBI) in Australia, with a focus on the well-being implications of such a scheme.
