Craig Moffat

Biography

As General Manager of Retail Strategy, Craig is responsible for the development of Bankwest’s channel strategy to meet changing customer needs including operational delivery through the branch network, contact centres, private banking and mobile channels.

Prior to taking on this role in June 2022, Craig worked for the Bank of New Zealand in various General Manager roles including COVID-19 Customer Management, Sustainability, Community Finance and Relationship Excellence.

Craig has extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, with a track record in delivering transformational business results, and has spent most of his working career in New Zealand with a passion to improve the customer experience and support businesses to evolve and thrive in complex environments.

He now lives in Perth and in his spare time you’ll find him heading to the hills mountain biking or enjoying his love of art.
