Anna Cassie

Biography

Anna Cassie has been with Bankwest as General Manager Human Resources for 3 years. Prior to this Anna was Head of HR Business Partnering for NZ Post, leading a team of HR professionals supporting the traditional postal business including sales teams, mail processing centres, posties and Post Shops through a period of ongoing transformation as the postal sector faced significant digital disruption.

Beyond her time within the postal industry, Anna has had a long career in the banking and financial services sector, including roles in Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney and New Zealand, in both Generalist HR and specialist areas including Leadership, Organisational Design, Learning, and Remuneration.

Anna’s background includes a Bachelor of Agricultural Science, Diploma in Business Studies and a Certificate in Children’s Literature.

Outside of work Anna is passionate about family, travel, literature and fabric art.
