Project Summary

With an ageing population Australia faces challenges in developing a comprehensive and effective aged care sector. One of the major challenges is attracting and retaining a skilled workforce into the sector. This project is undertaken in conjunction with two of the largest aged care service providers in Western Australia. The project involves data collection through interviews, employee surveys and documentary analysis. The project is ongoing and is expected to be completed in December 2017.
