Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre Annual Report 2022
In the uncertain and volatile times that we have experienced during the last few years it has never been more important to have available strong, independent, and trusted research that addresses the critical issues affecting society.
With COVID-19, the housing crisis and the rising cost of living impacting all of us, but particularly the most vulnerable members of our society, it is imperative that evidence based, economic analysis be available to policy makers to aid decision making.

From housing affordability, utility hardship, WA’s economic relationship with China, gender equity, skills and labour shortages, population drivers, Indigenous employment, family and domestic violence, to poverty and disadvantage. Action on these issues is of crucial importance, and is needed right now.
