Project Summary
Five years after the introduction of the NRAS there is a need for a comprehensive evaluation of the policy focusing on real spatial and affordability outcomes. The practical experience of proponents provides an opportunity to re-examine the process and potential for large scale institutional investment in affordable rental housing.
