Biography
Fran is a General Manager at Bankwest for the Origination and Lending experiences team. In this role, Fran leads a team of over 150 product managers, technologists and delivery managers to help create Australia’s most loved Digital Bank.
She has spent the last 9 years at the CBA Group and previously held a number of different roles across Home Loans, Strategy and Technology. Prior to this she was a Management Consultant working within Financial Services, Telecommunications and Federal Government clients in Australia, Switzerland and Thailand.
She holds a Master of Public Policy from Sydney University and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and is passionate about how timely research can help shape better policy outcomes.
